I have been pursuing God since late summer of 1982. Jesus revealed Himself to me in May of 1983 . I have raised some incredible daughters some of whom came from my womb and others given to me by the Lord.
Originally from Ohio I was born and raised on a dairy farm. We moved to Austin, Texas in the early ’80′s. I have worked for the state of Texas for more than 20 years.
He required I preach His Word in 1997. I was ordained in 1998 by the Apostolic World Christian Fellowship. I also serve by being the Secretary/Treasurer of the Apostolic Christian Network.
Presently my local assembly is the PromiseLand in Austin, Texas. There I serve as the New Member Team Coordinator assimilated new members into the body, as one of the women’s ministers and as the deaf interpreter’s coordinator.
Yes, Praise the LORD! I was there for paragraphs 1 and 2.
It’s in my heart to be “there” with you from now on.
I count it all joy knowing you walk in truth…remember the blue bonnet I gave you?
You are in my heart of hearts.
Pastor Carolyn-
Thanks for the link. I enjoyed reading your blog as well.
Blessings.
Lovely thoughts, but Titus and 1 & 2nd Timothy don’t give you the option of being a pastor…I’d encourage you to meditate upon these three books. Older women are to encourage the younger women, a high and noble calling, but the office of pastor/overseer/bishop is only open to men. The Lord can and will use you!
Thank you.
Thanks for your ministry serving the Lord. I enjoyed your blog posts and will come back. God has equipped many people with so many talents and I praise Him for that. So often people want to try and box everyone, esp women, in to one label and God calls us to what He wants us to do and that’s the only one we need to consider ourselves with.
Blessings,
Debbie aka The Real World Martha
Thanks for letting me know you are out there.
Your words are kind.
